LARRY GOCKEL
Larry Gockel, born in Seattle and grew up in Bellevue building homes while working for the family-owned construction company. With a business degree from the University of Washington, he spent the next 10 years in the mortgage banking business while subsequently earning a master's degree in real estate finance from Seattle University. Since 1993, Larry has enjoyed the opportunity to serve his clients as a full-time Professional Realtor and Managing Broker. Larry strives to give back to the community and the real estate industry through his involvement in Forum XXII, an exclusive alliance of real estate professionals who foster peer cooperation, promote continuing education & ethical business practices. He also serves on the board of directors for DASH (Downtown Action to Save Housing) a non-profit organization providing affordable housing for working families, seniors & those with special needs. Helping others is one of Larry's top priorities.
